Description - Direct heating principle |

|
• The cultivation of cells in vitro demanded special ambient conditions according to the in vivo conditions.
• On the one hand this terms are simulated by the ambient culture medium.
• On the other hand by the ambient conditions inside the incubator like humidity, CO2 and temperature.
• Temperature constancy and homogeneous heat distribution inside of incubators are very important parameters for sound metabolism and proliferation of cells.
The temperature equalisation of the incubator chamber is obtained by over-all heating of all internal surfaces including the door. Every heating foil is individually regulated by sensors. This means we have an intelligent temperature management. In consequence of the construction an electric current (low voltage) flows homogeneous though the total surface area.
The result is precise heat-distribution, low power consumption and long product life.
